Default Transmission mount??

I have been feeling a weird vibration as I accelerate in my 95 Z28. Its happening when i give it gas in a high gear at low RPM's, but now its seems to be getting worse the past few days. It feels like its shaking so bad its almost making the clutch slip or maybe knocking it out of gear. Is my transmission shot? or can it be the mount??

At what speed, in what gear, at what RPM's does it happen?

It started when i was in 5th and 6th around 2,000 rpm's, but now it will do it in almost every gear but 1st, if my rpm's are low enough and if i hit the gas hard.

You describe the behavior as "shaking" is this a vibrating sort of shake, or does it feel like somebody is hitting the bottom of your car with a hammer? Usually when your transmission mount is going out it will do it in low gears when you gun it, since it started only doing it in high gears (at first) I'm thinking it's not the mount. Could you try and describe the problem in a little more detail for us?

Its a vibrating sort of shake, and it only happens when the pedal is to the floor. Its kind of hard to explain, i took a friend who is good with cars for a ride and he said he thinks its the mount. I also heard that the mounts have a tendency to go on these cars? I'm gonna try to get it off the ground this week and take a look at it with a few friends.
