Alright i have a 1998 v6 and need to change the transmission mount, does anyone know how hard it may be, i dont have any jack stands just some ramps, will i have enough room this way? and does anyone have any picture of this? If not i guess ill jump on it and see how it goes!

easy job. just gotta have something to hold the trany up so you can get the mount out. you can use a floorjack with a piece of plywood on the trany pan to help keep it from denting it.

 

If you are using ramps only then make sure you block and secure the car good to prevent it from rolling off and crushing you. I lost a friend a few years ago from that happening.
