so i have a 96 camaro that i put a 454 in and it still has the t5 5 speed transmission and im thinking i might change my transmission to a th400 instead of the t56 can some one give there opinion i have heard the th400 might be an easier conversion

 

ppl put th400s in the all the time. wat do you want to know about doing it? and how much power is the 454 makin? and id like to see that squeezed in there

 

have any pics of the 454 in a 4th gen?did you post this somewhere else before?we wanna see pics and answers lol.how did carb clear the cowl/hood?

 

so your gona put the motor and trans in? or the motor is in and the trany isnt? or is it u want to know if another kind of auto trany would be easier or better? the 400 is way different than a trans for a 4th gen. anything is posible.
