you guys are lucky...i cant wait till i sell my focus and buy a real car but i dont know if its going to be a camaro.i want a 1996 impala ss.

 

those things are cool. i thought that caprice chassis was ugly til i saw what it looked like with an aggressive setup a.k.a. the impala SS. the one they got now is pretty cool too i just dont like that its FWD. from what i hear from GM though, the plan in the future is to take what is the impala right now, put the caprice name on it and come out with a new sporty RWD muscle sedan similar to the charger that will have the impala name on it. might also useone of the 6 literLS series engines too, and have the 6 speed shiftable auto trannys.

 

i was 17 and in my first semester of my senior year. i was at a big school tho (about 5000 ppl) but of all of my friends, im pretty sure i had the fastest car. i got it just after yearbook voting tho. a bunch of ppl (mainly girls) told me that they loved my car and woulda voted me best ride. im not sure if i woulda won tho cuz the guy that won had an 02 (i think)z66avalance on 24s with 15 inch subs in the back and dvd players in the headrests. anyway, my friends hated me for it cuz they were jealous but girls loved it. i had girls come up to me all the time and be like "logan i saw your car in the parking lot today and its fine" my gf hated it tho cuz i loved it more than her

 

really? mine is frequently passed over. thanks to people whose parents have more money than they know what to do with....and *cough* MUSTANGS!!!!!! and maybe the fact that polo green metallic is a color that people either love to death or totally despise.

 

im 17 im a senior and ive had my 95 z28 with a brand new 350 for almost a year now and i wouldnt trade that car for anything.

 

i agree. id love to have a Z28 or 4th gen. SS if not a new camaro when they come out.

 

Im 17 in my Senior year and Have hadmy Camaro (V6) for almost a year now! I love it and cant wait to see it waiting for me in the parking lot everyday after school! Its also a real chick magnet in the summer with the tops off and all! In the winter is just a royal PITA to get around without sliping and sliding into everything! ....but I love her! Hopefully around spring time I can afford myself a nice SS vert!

 

you like verts? i prefer coupes with the t-tops. and that's just what i have. verts are for chicks. theres a solution to that slipping. its the SGS if you have it. that slipping is a small price to pay for a ton of fun. its a PITA when i bottom out backing out of driveways and stuff too, but that under spoiler they put on is pretty durable.

 

im 19. i got my 95 v6 after i graduated highschool for college. it would have been sweet to drive that to highschool though. i love my car. would have stood out from all the civics and stuff :-P

 

you guys have t-tops too?? i prefer the t-tops over convertible. too bad my trunk has no space since i have two 12s in them :-P
