I searched the forum before I posted this and didn't find what I was looking for. First of all what does a TB spacer do? I read on an online parts store that it adds 10hp. I'm sure that's inflated. Is it really worth it? and is that all I need to do? or Are there other things I would need to upgrade if i went with a TB spacer?

 

I've never even heard of a TB spacer, seems like a gimmic to me, I'd stay away from it. If you can post up a link to one so we can see what it looks like/what it does we could give you a better estimation, but I'm thinking it's not going to do anything.

I have heard of them it has to do with the air going into the intake manifold. They are suppose to smooth the air or more so control the air that enters from your intake so that its not as violant. Long story short. Worthless.

 

TB spacer is worthless, and if you are car is direct port injection, then you really dont need that.
