well damn, i dont even have a job so i had to go cheap because my car was already bottoming out a little bit with the stock springs. the shocks are new. thanks for the suggestion on the new springs. im gonna have to wait until after my first paycheck but i'll definitely get those.

$125ea for the koni shocks?? jesus. any other suggestions on some good(inexpensive) shocks?

Get SLP Bilsteins or SLP Bilstein/Eibach package if you want to lower, otherwise put stock springs back in. If you want to use ANY OTHER lowering springs, get Koni single adjustables, and Strano Lowering Springs -- Bilsteins will not last long.

Why don't you talk to Strano? You would have all your answers already...

I wouldn't worry abuot the shocks yet, you got some that will last a while, you got to get some new springs now.

He is going to have premature shock failure without bumpstops -- those need to be first...

Well I would hope he's not driving it as it is. After putting the new springs on he would at least be able to drive the thing. And those bumpstops are a little cheaper off gmpartsdirect.com.
