No, I think you have the same problem I had and that is your springs are just not holding up the car for some reason, I know mine was the extra weight in the backend, but still it wasn't as bad as yours is for some reason with nothing in the back. I think you might want to make sure you got the right springs in, were they noticably shorter than the stockers? You're going to have to get the back end up somehow, and shocks won't do that.

Do you think it is worth your time to phone Sam Strano -- a suspension guru?

If you have not at least ordered bumpstops, you are not listening...

i havent found time to get back under the car. i have a lot going on. but yeah, i'm definitely getting the bumpstops although i dont know how that will keep it from bottoming out besides hitting the bumpstops rather than the axel. the springs werent too much shorter, just an inch or so. i bought the springs used, but they looked in great condition and they were the exact same part number as the ones on summit.

And here's your sign!

Used springs, how used because it sounds like the strength in them is gone.

thats the first thing i thought of was that they are worn out, i went back and read the thread to see if the springs were new and earlier thats what he said. yah the springs are all used up. get some 1.2 in drop springs from strano. they last pretty long.

Yes, used springs are probably not holding up -- I did not realize they were used, are the shocks used too?

Strano springs are the best choice, but you really need single adjustable Konis to compliment them -- Bilsteins will NOT last with these springs. As for others, phone Strano to ask.

the sportlines just already have a bad rep for wearing down so then buying them used? eh not such a good idea... when building a car dont cheap out, do it right the first time
