Default Suspension continued.

so this past week, i put my car up on my buddies list and lightened/lubed everything up to get some noises that i talked about to go away and it worked. the thing is that my car rides sooo hard and stiff, i believe it has aftermarket sway bars in it (hard to make out what they actually say, but they are obviously newer looking than the stock ones would look?), should i get new springs and shocks or what? what will make the car ride smoother?

what kind of shocks you got? how old are they? are the springs stock? is the car lowered? could just need new front control/a arm bushings.

if the shocks are old then changing them would make a difference. mine made a big difference on the ride. if ball joints and/or bushings are failing it would make the ride seem harsh, bang at every bump. check out what strano has and if interested in buying give him a call and let him know what you have and what you would like to have. great guy but with all the calls he gets sometimes its hard to catch him.

Like Craby said -- NEW SHOCKS! SLP Bilsteins for a budget, Koni SAs if you can swing it. Stay AWAY from your local parts stores for replacement shocks!

My RS is MUCH more fun to drive with the SLP Bilsteins now -- feels very sprightly (just need bigger sways next), and the SS should be a dream once I get the Koni SAs installed shortly...
