its the dealer service manual. u can get them used on ebay.

 

Well, got 5.2 volts on the wires so all that's good. I guess the optical reader is bad. I should've cleaned it off while I had it apart. The wheel had a film on it but for some reason i wasn't thinking about the reader. Nothing else really to go bad. I wish I could find somewhere that just sold that piece.
