So I have a 2001 Chevrolet Camaro V6 with Traction Control and it is an automatic. Recently, before a trip to California, The Brake Warning Light, ABS INOP and ASR OFF light all came one at once. Then the ASR light turned off a couple hours later.

Now here is the list of things we have checked:

All fuses under the hood or under the dash

EBCM was scanned and the dealer said it wouldn't communicate with the scan tool. I had the EBCM sent off to a rebuilder and they tested it and told me it was in perfect working order.

Also, when you start the car the warning light all go off and you can make the brake warning light come on and off with the parking brake. If you leave it off (or on) then the ABS INOP and Service Vehicle come on. Then a few seconds later the brake warning light comes back on.

Anyone have any ideas?
