Default Starting Issue

I have a 95 camaro with a 3.4 engine that will not crank.the mechanic said it was running good then slowly began to run raggedy.I am thinking maybe an issue with throttle body. It spins over. Turns over as if out of gas. I put gas in to make sure it had gas. I know it needs spark plugs and ignition coils but it should at least crank. I checked to make sure the spark plug wires were wired correctly. Replaced catalyic converter, fuel pump, fuel filter, and engine. There are some electrical issues that still to be sorted out. I've already put $1100 into it. I am hoping not to spend a lot to get it running. Any suggestions?

Let hold on there, MsEla. First off, let not try to put cash into the solution. I've made that mistake myself.

I don't know much about 3.4's, but I will try to help. You have a 95 so you should have OBD 1.5 or 2, any codes from your computer?

If not, check the throttle body sensor. As I said, I don't know much about the 3.4's. Check Youtube on how to test your throttle body sensor. There are some easy and cheap ways to test it.

I can't say much but could it be your fuel pump or something in your fuel system? Maybe your Body Controller?

Could this possibly be the ICM going/gone bad?
