Default Changing intake manifold gasket

I have a 95 with the 3.4 engine. How hard is it to change the gasket? The gasket on the passenger side of my car is bad. It doesn't look too hard to change, but what worries me is I think it is the original gasket. I really don't want to bust a bolt off trying to get to the gasket. I was quoted around $250 by a mechanic to change this, and that is if a bolt doesn't bust.

not so bad if intake bolt breaks, you can get to them once intake is outa the way with a easyout. exhaust bolts have a much higher chance of breaking and are a pita to get to. soak bolts with/in pbblaster overnight before digging in and you should be ok.
