Default Starting from the Bottom

Okay, I'll try and keep this relatively short. I got a 93 Camaro in October of 2016 and it's in rough shape; I found it in a cornfield and bought it for $700. Everything possible has been broken on it.
After having spent enough money getting it driveable again with only brakes and suspension to worry about now (aside from more minor things), I'd like some tips and general 'how to fix a car for newbies' advice. I've educated myself on a good chunk of automotive workings, but not enough to feel brave to do anything myself. I have next to impossible goals for this car, and my first step is to make it 'neutral,' to get it considered a normal driving car again. Second step is doing major mods to it, but I want to know what I could do now and save time and money on later. Basically, turning a beaten base RS into a highly modified street demon (bumping up trim levels by my own hand? I dunno)
This is my first time registering for a forum or really anything of this sort, so I apologize in advance if I'm doing anything wrong!

go here https://www.mediafire.com/?40mfgeoe4ctti download your year, 93 firebird will work ok almost everything is the same. or look on ebabe for a 93 factory service manual. i picked up one for 25 bucks. i would also recomend looking around the site. v6 to v8 in our 4th gens is not an easy task so im hoping thats not what your looking to do. can be done its just not cheap. can find a z28 for less.
