Default Starter Issues! Please Help!

The teeth on my old starter were all chewed up and would always bind up. So I warranteed it out for another remanufactured one. No big deal right? Wrong! I put it in, turned the key, and nothing happened. Absolutely nothing. So I took it off and took it to oreillys to have it tested just to be sure it was a good starter. It tested out three times okay. So I brought it back home and put it in again and it worked great......for a week. Now it's doing the same thing. Nothing happens when I turn the key. I checked all the connections. I checked the battery voltage. The security light is not on. I'm stumped. Any ideas? Is there a starter relay somewhere? There's not one under the hood.

check to see if your getting power to the small wire to the starter when the key is in the start position. if not check ignition switch is on the columm by the brake light switch. check to see if your getting power out of there. there is a starter enable relay i think let me look. yes there is. http://shbox.com/1/starter_charging_95.jpg
