when you take off the air intake and take off the 3 screws holding the throttle body onto the intake manifold, there are two small holes on the bottom of the manifold. On the right one (facing the engine) gasoline came out of it.

GAS CAME FROM THE BOTTOM RIGHT HOLE, AFTER YOU TAKE OFF THE THROTTLE BODY, ON THE UPPER INTAKE MANIFOLD

I will upload pictures tomorrow, sorry for not being prepared guys!

And if it has gas in it, I should obviously clean it out. How do I stop fuel from getting into it?

if theres gas in the vacumm hose you need a new fuel pressure regulator.

Alright here is what I did this morning.

1. I checked the regulator. No gas liquid came from the hose and it did not smell at all of gas.

2. I took off the air intake and throttle body again and took some pictures.

You can see that the gasket fell off and that at the bottom of the upper intake, there are two holes. The one with the rag shoved in it is where I had the leak from.

I took a glass, collected some of what was leaking from this hole and it turned out to be an orange color liquid. It smells strong of gas in the engine from this leak but when I smelt it from the glass, I could smell oil.

also, small problem. Now one of the screws that holds the throttle body to the intake manifold, the hole is stripped.

the vacumm hose goes to the fpr. fpr should be on the passenger side behind the coil pack. should be a small hose going from fpr to the intake manifold. thats the vacumm hose.
