After re-installing the transmission on our 95 camaro (replaced rear bearings) during the test drive the speedometer started bouncing around (for about 5 miles) and then just quit all together. The tach continues to work fine. Anyone know where to start troubleshooting this issue? Thanks in advance.

 

although no responses here i realize it was a rather vague question. thankfully i found the problem - it was just a bad wire....thought i would post and report solved.
