ALL my speakers are blown. Can someone please tell me what size the speakers are in the doors and quarter panels of my 95 z/28?
Thanks

regular speakers wont work with the head unit.
bose works like a single unit. everything is tied into one another.

At least there's that. However the cd player is broken in my Bose headunit so I'm replacing that as well. So I'll have a new cd receiver as well. The best thing for me to do is probably just take the panels off and look. Thanks for all the help guys.

Your speakers are all (4) going to be Bose 6.5 inch speakers. The ones in the back are more powerful. Pop the cover off one of the ones in the back and remove the four screws that are holding them in.... Look at the stickers on the back. One of the stickers will be orange and it will have part numbers on it. I would recommend not going with the bose speakers, they are expensive. They are great, but I bought infinity 2 way speakers for the rear and 4 way Sony explodes for the front, because my bose speakers were blown. I have great sound. I would recommend that you buy the harness for the rear speakers. You will see that the bose speakers are plugged in with a special plug. Take the speaker with you to Best Buy (I got mine there) and get a harness. The part number is 72-4568, this will eliminate cutting and splicing. They also have a direst plug harness that will allow you to put in an aftermarket head unit and retain functions like how the stereo doesn't cut off until the door opens. It will also keep you from having to worry about the positive and negative wire colorsfor you speakers. Hope this helps.
