Default New Speakers

I'm planning on putting in new speakers in my 2000 Camaro. I plan on doing sections at a time. First I want to do the backseat, and am looking at some Boston Acoutics on Crutchfield.

Either these: http://www.crutchfield.com/S-ngHDFbO...S65&tp=105

Or

These: http://www.crutchfield.com/S-ngHDFbO...X65&tp=105

If I get these will I be able to just hook them up and use them without changing any other equipment?
