abosolutly. in the 70s we thought a 50s or 60s 4dr was worthless and no one would ever want one in the future. now look at the 4drs there fixing up, and getting good money for em. the 64 was a real common car pd 500 bucks for a cherry 2dr impala ss in 76. now there in the 5 didgets. pd about the same for a 69 2dr chevelle ss 4sp with the buckets. put that one in the ditch backwards at 70. playing cat and mouse with a bud, had a blowout on a corner, endoed, ripped the rear end out from under it and bent the frame. the chev 55 56 57 2dr post was the big clasic to restore for the young here in the 70s. had a 57 chev 2dr post but had to get rid of it before i could get into the restore. did do a partial restore on a 56 olds 88 rocket 2dr. presently it is already hard to get parts for my 93 so following the trend i would say a 93 z28 will be the first of this series to be concidered a clasic. may not be for another decade though. i been wishing more and more i would have saved my other 93 for parts.

Yeah my dad had a '69 Chevelle SS 396 in the late 70s, it was considered a cool car then but no one thought it would become a timeless classic. He sold it cheap and wishes he still had it today.

Haha, I dunno my dad told me he had a '69 Camaro *Young Tony looks up to his father in awe* but he said he thrashed it and sold it luckily it was only of the i6 variety with a lowly 2 barrel carb. But when we were doing work on my 3kgt and i was in the process of picking up a Camaro of my own. He came to me and asked if i wanted to do a father-son project, guess what he wanted to do???? rebuild that old throw away he used to have
