Default Smoke everywhere

Car is 1995 3.4 camaro. The car will start after sitting for a few hours then after 30 minutes it smokes from exhaust. Engine bay and underneath somewhere I have not pin point. When it starts smoking it also sounds like a spray can rattling and will try to die then when it dies it takes forever to get it back on and it's good for 30 minutes. What could cause this problem and what's easiest way to fix it?

You're going to have to do something none of us here can do for you, get under the car and see what you can see. When things start smoking and the engine starts making noise, take a look at the exhaust, primarily near the catalytic converter area (under passenger side floor). First thing that comes to mind is your cat may be bad, and when it gets up to running temperature it can be restricting exhaust flow, choking your engine (which can cause engine noise), and possibly turning cherry red. There are plenty of other possibilities as well, but checking exhaust flow, or lack thereof, is a good one to start with.

My cat is out, it's leaking towards what would be torque converter but that really doesn't explain all the smoke and why it only rattles when warms up.
