Default SLP or Magnaflow

I know there is an exhaust sound clip database but I lost the favorite when I had to rebuild my computer. Can anyone post it again for me.

I was debating between the Magnaflow and the SLP with the dual2.5" outlets with the dual tips. I want something that will be loud, but still give a good horsepower boost. Any suggestions?

I'm trying to decide on a cat-back too, mainly the SLP LM1. But I donno. I've been wavering a lot. On ebay, it costs $390, free shipping, but I'll also need the 93-95 LT1 installation kit which is $100. So I'm lookin at about $500... I have the money, but I've been pretty tight lately. Savin' up for a house, and I might regret spending that much money later.

So I'm thinking about just getting my stock exhaust tips chrome plated as a little birthday treat (birth day this saturday, the 22nd). I think it would look awesome. Maybe I should just get a different muffler.

I actually really like the looks of the stock rectangular tips. Would they fit on the 2.5" outlets of an SLP catback?

I know Magnaflow has sound clips of their systems, as for the SLP, I don't know of any soundclip websites, but you can always go to youtube and listen to those. I don't know much about the Magnaflow. The SLP LM1 is quite loud, and the LM2 is a little quieter. The "muffler" for the LM1 is just a fat spot in a pipe, nothing inside. The LM2 is just essentially just a glasspack. In my opinion they both sound great though.

How can I know the difference when ordering from Summit? I would like the SLP LM2 if it is louder.

the LM1 is just a big tube with nothing in it, if ya need one i got one for your camaro 60 bucks + shipping and its urs, the LM2 is a muffler and will have a very different tune to it, much quieter then the lm1
