Default Slow to turn over

since Ive had my car, its always taken a few seconds to start. And when it does, i often smell fuel.

I had it scanned after driving one day when the engine light started flashing then went away and it was due to a misfire on one cylinder. also, an 02 sensor code came up but it seems to be running just fine.

i decided to change the spark plugs to see if that would help the problem, but ive only done 3 of them so far cuz it a pain in the a$$ getting to them lol and I havent got to the one on the cylinder that misfired that day.

that 02 sensor is also something i want to change soon but it also looks like a pain.

do these seem like likely causes for my problem? could it maybe be the fuel filter or something?

thanks for any help!
