I am working on my car right now and I was checking the injectors again but now I am not sure if the fuel injectors are supposed to have a pulse or not. The fuel injectors read at a steady 12volts but there was no pulse. Is there suppose to be a pulse?

 

The injectors have 12 volt at all time. The PCM sends a ground pulse to open the injector. The easist way to look for the pulse, because it only lasts for milliseconds, is with NOID lights. Auto parts stores carry them for about $25.00.
