a week ago the car didn't start with my dad ( 1994 Z28) he said security light is on, I went and tried it worked so fine and normal!
today I took it to wash it, after hour I wanted to start it, I didn't work and security light is flashing! trying the spare key also the same issue!
so Its from the ignition switch?
how can I test the 2 connection points inside the ignition switch using the multimeter ?
"while I Am writing this I heard the horn of my car , and it seemed my dad tried it and its working again!?
y the security system is making this issue?

 

You may want to spary some contact cleaner inside the lock before getting too involved. Make sure it is electronic contact cleaner, and not any type of lubricant or solvent that may make thing worse.

The easiest one is the turn on for 15 minutes one.

Oh god! I went to bring my car at the night and as soon I put my key the security didnt falsh at all I started it and went to put gas on it, the car didn't work in the gas station!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so Imabresing LOL
I did that for 20 minutes and the security light goes off (even I read for 10 minuts and 15 minuts but i was out of hope I tried for 20). and started the car went home but the security light was on all my way home. and Iam at home:-)
