My 1997 camaro A-arm rubber bushings are ripped. Can I replace themand where can I find them?Or do I have to buy the whole A-arm.

You should be able to find rubber replacements, and I know you can buy polyurethane replacements, which would be a rougher ride perhaps, but a performance increase also.

www.suspension.com I believe has some nice stuff.

Polyurethane are more reliable. It's an involved job. The control arm will need to be removed, spindle and steering knuckle removed, brake components removed, etc. I'd recommend you look into having an alignment shop do the work, seeing that it will need an alignment after this job is completed.

i just redid my entire front end with polyurethane bushings about 3 months ago, my rubber ones were completely shot, down to metal on metal, the poly's made a world of difference, you can pick up an energy suspension poly kit from autozone for 75 $ , but everything needs to be removed, and i wouldn't recommend it to anyone who is a beginning mechanic, but it is deff. a very possible build.
