Default Rear Bose 5th speak placement.

How do you put the Bose subwoofer back in its place? Ive looked for pics and nothing. Could anyone help me with this issue? Thanks.

I'm not into stereos, so I am not sure we're talking about the same thing. I wouldn't know a tweeter from a woofer, but I think this may be what you're referring to.

Yes thank you. When I bought my Camaro the whole sub was unplugged and in the back seat.
*note* I should have said the year. Its a 94 RS.

The illustration above is from the 1995 service manual. I just checked the 1994 manual and it seems to be the same.

Ok now I find out the subwoofer is is blowen. Can I just buy 6.5 inch subwoofer and replace it or what?

As I said before, I have very little knowledge of stereos system, but I think you will have to try and match the wattage and ohm rating of the original speaker along with size.

You can call bose up and see about having the speaker repaired.

best to get speaker out and check ohms and watts like Peter is saying. they do show some that fit at Crutchfield. I would call first to make sure its a clean switch. 100sum bucks though,, woh,

Yes, ensure the replacement speaker has the same impedance value as OE, generally 2 ohms?
