Look up the suncoast raptor hood. If you have the money for it. It is a true full function ram air hood. Pushing air into the front of the hood and into the sealed air lid and into the engine. Of course the hood is 800 bucks with extractors in the back and the ram air kit that comes with lid, filter, and plumbing is around 300 more. There are some good dyno numbers that do show a little gain around 12 horses over stock. With that being said a SLP,Whisper lid and K&N lid will give you around 5-8 for a hole lot less. But as said above the real gains are when you are moving plus it is a good looking hood.

Yes, but how many more HP will it take to push the car at 80 MPH due to the extra drag cause by the scoop. No way for the dyno to show the extra drag. The biggest problem with RAM air systems is they need to be sized for a certain speed at certain RPMs. What works great at 55 MPH can be a huge drag on a Car at 120 MPH. One that does well at 120 MPH is just about useless at 55. Many race cars use Ram air systems but they will adjust them depending on the track and the top speed.

I would say the rapor has less drag then the WS6 hood that looks good but has little function. The hood sits much lower and is more layed back vs two large nostrils.
