Default Racket Shifter Question

I wanted an automatic when I got my SS but now I kinda want to be able to shift. So I was looking into B&M or Hurst racket shifters, or just any brand where I can still maintain the stock center console. So my question is does anyone know of a racket shifter for my car?

Why bother, the car will be gaster if you let it do the shifting.

Well I was under the assumption that it is like the tiptronic that is in new cars and you have the choice of just driveor shifting. I basically want it because when I drive my car I really enjoy it, but at the same time I think back to when I was buying and I had the choice of automatic or stick, I originally looking for a manual and just ended up with an automatic. I catch my self when I am driving with my hand on the shifter and when I am driving just to drive I think I am missing out. I drove my buddies car and it was a stick and I really enjoyed it so I just wanted it for when I am out driving just to drive. I do understand automatics are faster, I just want to liven up the drive.
