Default Rack and Pinion

Has anyone had a steering rack and pinion leak power steering fluid before? my power steering pump had been leaking... so i thought. so I replaced the pump and the pressure lines as well as the return lines... I am still finding small drippings. I hope that it is just old fluid dripping off the motor from the previous leak... but i cant tell. but anyways... if you have ever heard of that.... lemme know what you did.

Default Leaking Rack

They do wear, they do have seals. If the leaks are nominal live with it. Eventually, you will end up rebuilding or replaceing

clean everything up around the unit, this will help to track the leak. if this is a lt1 cover the opti so it wont get wet. could be one of the steering fluid connections is lose or as torn says a seal. the unit is not to expensive and you should be able to order rebuilt one at your local parts store if its shot. are you sure its steering fluid?
