T-76 time ;)
Since we have a little one on the way and baby things are not cheap i had to put my long block project on hold for a little bit. After talking with Nick at TTI and talking with some of the guys at RPM on over on LS1tech it looks like a good time to finaly dump the 60mm and steep up to turbo that will not fall on its face at 5500 on a LSX.
Here is the build list
TTI/Turbonectics T-76 ball bearing turbo with .96AR exhaust housing
2.5 inch Intercooler piping
And of course a larger FMIC to keep IAT's happy
VFN 4 inch hood for future Victor JR. manifold and 90mm TB
Also a few smaller projects
Swaping out my 6LE gauge cluster with a new one (the old one has a few spots)
Also plan on relocating the battery and meth tank bank to the trunk
Finaly removing the front sway bar
Moving the nitrous bottel from the truck to center
Nitrous pressure gauge
Trans Temp gauge
Dumping the FAST AFR meter for a more easy to read wide band
Got the new hood in and started making a few small changes before the trip up to RPM on monday
Since we only have a few more days i got a early start on her today. It looks like the deer may have bent the driver side manifold :wall:. All and all it was a productive day for being so short. By tomorrow i should have the bumper off so i can make a little room for the bigger intercooler. I was able to get the sway bar and most of the splash pan off with no problem. I also took off the upper rad support and most of the intercooler piping.

Before i was making 451 rwhp and 507 torque on boost alone on the 60mm. The T-76 can make more power then the stock 346 can handle, Just like the 60mm the 76mm will be tuned kind of on the safe on 7-8 pounds with a safe AFR. I think she should go over 500 with no problem for now but we will have to see what the Dyno gods say

Here are a few pics from mondays work. I got the bumper back on after carving out the front plate area and removing the fog lights and all that good stuff. The bumper support will be moded for the new intercooler and put back on the car for safty since the car gets driven on the street and deer seem to target me.
On her way to RPM once again.
