That bassani kit looks like it right up my alley as far as how I want my system routed. Thanks for the links liberty.

So anyway.......not trying to tell you what to do, as I know how sensitive you are to that type of thing (lmao). But, have you given the pipe diameter any more (re)consideration?

Yeah I've been thinking about it. Which would be better? 2.25?

You're still having a hard time giving up that "bigger is better" way of thinking, ain't ya?
Earlier you said: "When it's done, I should have factory LT1 power out of a 3.4/3400 hybrid". OK, so you're looking at somehow, someday getting close to 300 h.p. out of it? What's the master plan to get there?
For fun, use that figure then, as a cya factor. That would mean you want your pipes to flow 660 cfm, plus adding some for your "further down the pipe" restrictions.
Two 2" unrestricted straight pipes will flow approximately 722 cfm. So 2" pipes should more than cover you with a 300 h.p. engine, but it's still a little overkill for your engine how it is now.

True duels on 3.4? I like you're crazy creativeness. It's like me and the LT5!

I don't get it. Why can't people just leave their car alone, and keep it "normal"?

So what size piping would be sufficient? I don't plan on 300hp. Just 250-275 after the head swap, full bolt ons, and maybe boost/spray.

As Camaro 69 said, 2" would even be overkill.
