Default Question about fuel injectors

I am trying to diagnose a random misfire. Cylinder 4 and 6 have never had a misfire, the rest have a misfire with 5 being the worst.

I switched cylinders 5 and 4 plugs, wires and coils with no change. I am now thinking its the injectors.

My question: Can I switch injectors 5 and 4 to confirm thats the issue?
Is this easy to do?

If this is the issue, should I get them ultrasonic cleaned for $200 or buy new ones?

Thanks in advance.
