Well it's not even the tips. The exhaust itself is bent otherwise the tip wouldn't be a foot out of place. You're going to have to torch it to heat it up and bend it back to where it's supposed to be. Tip's alone won't fix the issue.

 

Can you do this to headlights - say on the 98+ lights? Not my car obviously

 

Are you talking about your sig pic? If so, then yes you can do that on a 98+ Camaro. But you have to buy Halo lights specifically for the 98+ Camaro

 

Actually I meant for a 04 Vette. i have a friend who has covers and hates them because no matter how he tried to install them you can see the mounting. I figured since he has HIDS then he could use this on his black Vette. Permanent headlight covers!!

 

Oh ok now I understand. Yeah he could definitely do this on his car. I would recommend him polish it after wards tho for a windowtint-like finish. You can get it at Oreilys. It's called VHT NightShades.
