i want to smoke my tail lights, so whats the best brand for a cheap price?

 

I did mine with something we had at my shop. I cant seem to remember the name. Ill have to get back to ya

 

my buddy ordered some off of ebay and it came in and they were just tint.....you might look at walmart and get some cheaper stuff

 

You can paint the stock lights but try not to go too dark because it's a major pain to remove the paint. Do lite coats until you get the desired shade and then top off with some clear to protect and make the lights look new.

 

yea i also got the ones off of ebay and they were crap

 

the stuff is called VHT NiteShade. you can get it online, or depending on state laws, you may be able to get it at your local auto parts store.

 

Deffinently do not get them at Wal-Mart! You're gonna want some that are made specifically made for your year and model. VHT NightShade is good. I would go on summitracing.com, I'm sure theyll have what you're looking for there.

 

I got my Film kits from tintmylights.com. Me and my friends used them in the past, better than that cheap ebay film. I smoked my honda's head lights and tail lights.

I have a 2000 chevy camaro and was thinking of doing this to the tail lights. Has anyone done this? How do you think it'll look? If anyone has done this to there camaro please be kind enough to post some pics. Would love to see how it look's before spending my money.

Nope. You'd be the first person to ever think of this, and/or try it. In all seriousness, google or yahoo your request for pics. There are tons of them from covers, to tint spray, or painted, or film installed.
