Default Passenger Wiper Arm not working

So I'm heading out to work this morning & turn on the wipers as it's raining up here near PDX & the passenger side wiper arm is not moving. Fortunately, the driver side works so I get to work no problem. Is this common issue? Do I need to replace wiper motor and/or module? I'm gonna first try trouble shooting to see if it's loose, needs adjusting, stuck etc. Just wanted your expert advice. Thanks in advance for everyone's help as I'm going through those things a new used car owner does.

Generally, there is a linkage arm from drvr side over to pass side.
Might grab the pass wiper and see if it moves without power from the wiper motor.
If it does, could be a broken rivet or a loose stud on the axis.

make sure the nut that holds the arm down on the pin didn't come loose. ive seen it happen a lot on other cars.

Thanks, we're gonna have a couple dry days, albeit cold, so I'll get on it. I checked it out last night & it the arm does appear to be loose. as the thing the arm is attached moves when wipers are on, so it must have gotten loose, thanks again
