Default Parking brake wtf

This was awhile ago, I went to pull the brake, and it came all the way up, with no pressure on it, and felt like I broke it. I put it back down, pulled it back up, and it held as it normally does.
Wtf?
It hasnt had a problem since.
Just wondering what the hell happened there

your parking break can be adjusted from under the car, sometimes it will do that if you pull it too hard and fast

When I set the parking brake, and then take my foot off the brake, the car still rolls back a little and then stops. Is this normal?

I am sure it is fine. What you are probably feeling is the weight being held with the front brakes being transferred to the rear brakes.

you may want to have your parking break adjusted
