Default P0452 and misfiring

I've mentioned these issues before, but I've still been unable to fix them and I need some more help with my '02 3.8. I have a bluetooth code reader, so I can clear and manage codes and some info. If there's anything you know a scanner can tell you in relation to these problems, I'll tell you.

I know the code P0452 is Evap emissions system low sensor input. I've had the fuel pump with sending unit replaced, and everything checked out then so I believe bad wiring isn't the case here. Also replaced the fuel filter, changed the spark plugs and wires, one ignition coil gas cap. My city doesn't have emissions and this issue hasn't caused any trouble, just an ugly & annoying SES light.

The misfiring always happens around 70+mph. I tested driving without overdrive, and it still happens but at a lower speed. The only codes that it's ever thrown were multiple random and cylinder 3.
