P0133 O2 Sensor Circuit Slow, Intermittent? (3.8L)

Does this ring any bells with anyone, I got a P0133 -- O2 Sensor Circuit Slow, Bank 1, Sensor 1 code and pending code the other day on my RS ('02 3.8L), and a couple days later the code is gone! I had all three O2 Sensors replaced in the last 6 mo.
Any ideas or insights? Looks like it could also be an exhaust leak, O2 installation problem, or bad wiring... But if this is intermittent, it makes it more fun.
Will have to see if it comes back again.

All that code means is that the O2 sensor is not changing voltage fast enough, or holding a steady voltage, or no voltage. Could be a wiring problem or just a bad sensor. When this happens the PCM defaults to open loop because the sensor output is unreliable.

Yea, I have a 0 deductible extended warranty, so this will be covered, but I like to know what's going on too -- some day it will be too much $ for an ext. warranty (the company does not allow new policies when you get to 100k), and I need to learn this stuff...
