Got a check engine light that reads bank one sensor one issue. Which side would that be located? I see 4 sensors on my car two before cat and two after

 

Bank one is always the side with cylinder #1 (helps to remember that on a front wheel drive engine too).
If you're ever unsure about which side cylinder #1 is on, it's the front one on the bank that sticks out more forward than the other side.
So your bank 1 sensor 1 is drivers side, before the cat.
