1996 camaro rs door help please

On my 1996 im having a problem i think the door latch assembly is broke i cant open it from out side or inside even took door panel off any way to pop the door so i can get tje assembly off to replace it

sounds like the arm that goes to the latch has come off or is broken. if you can get to it that would open the door.

Its not the arm its the latch assembly anyway to pop the door from the assembly its self as all handles and linkage dont work

make sure the door is unlocked using the key.

here is a picture of the lock. you see two arms going up and two going forward. one arm is for the lock and other is for the release. make sure the lock is unlocking and the release is doing its thing.
