ok so i got the electrical issue fixed i disconnected the battery last night and reconnected this morning and it seems right now i hooked my fuel pressure gauge up and its reading about 22 at idle and 24 when i pull the vac line off the the regulator i kept the gauge hooked up and positioned it so i could read it while im driving and it will bounce between 19 and 26 which is way to low so im thinking the FPR is shot i might go get one today out of the junkyard only 10 bucks vs 50 from advance

good news is that the system will hold pressure now while the car is off where as with the original pump would drop pressure in about 2 seconds

also what should the fuel pressure be at idle, WOT, and when i pull the vac line off the FPR

Check your owners manual for specifications on correct pressure at an idle.

It's a love/hate realtionship with camaros!! Love em when they are running right and hate them when you are bleeding under the hood or one of the idiot lights is staring at you.

that is low pressure should be 42 to 47 range 42 being at idle, 37 is where mine will go after shutting the motor off. i would first look to the regulator.
