Exclamation New to Forum - 97 Camaro rs 3.8 Questions

I'm new to this forum, and am looking for a little advice on
my 1997 Camaro Rs 3.8L Automatic.
Current mods:
Custom Cold Air Intake
Dual Flowmaster Exhaust.
and thats about it. The engine was rebuilt by my dad who is a
master mechanic.
Its pretty quick but I just want to go quicker without the 1000$ price tag.

Any advice on what you can do to this camaro year/model?
Any bolt on's, mod's? etc?
Thanks!

Is it an RS? It seems to be missing the RS stuff. You want to check out the FAQ in the V6 forum for the Start here with mods.

As others have said, what makes you think it is an actual RS?

Which Flowmaster? There is nothing wrong with the American Thunder, fbodyrs96 is mistaken: - Camaro RS V6 Project Car

The OP should read this series for ideas:
- Tom Henry RS V6 Camaro Project

Look into a high flow cat, replace the S-Pipe with a less restrictive one, OBX Headers for starters.

Flowmaster sucks especially on the v6, and pretty much every one in the v6 crowd will tell you the same.
Btw, I've read that article before, there using stuff made as a direct bolt on for the most part, and at the time flowmaster was your only choice, even now there's not much choice other than magnaflow.

Over 11 RWHP from just adding a Flowmaster catback "sucks"? Where's your proof to counter the dyno results?

Not much choice?! There is plenty, Borla, SLP and many others...
