Default New dash board?

Hey,
Ok so heres the deal...on the passenger side of the dash board is cracked. The crackruns from the windshield, down to about the air bag compartment. Looks like the previous owners tried to super glue it or something but it looks like a pretty sloppy job so it just looks messy. So Im wondering ifit is hard to pull out the dash board and replace it, and also is it worth it? Should I just cover it up with something?

I don't know the extent on replacing it...but the part is $451.50 Cdn and the # is 10267171...if you are in the U.S of A call a dealership there...I think I remember someone telling me they were $185.50 American...hope this helps.
