Alright stupid question for ya guys. Can a 78 z28 wrap around dash fit in a 81 plane jane maro? or do i have to do some modifing of the dash structure?

It should work, the body, including the firewall, was the same 76-81. You might run into some problems around the ac case. some peices changed part numbers inbetween 79 and 80. But the main pieces stayed the same.

Id agree. Try a test fit first then make mods to whatever you need to. Good luck

yeah i got a 79 i think im gonna try to install the 78 dash as well, or fab a piece of aluminum and install some gauges
