Need opinions on this Trans am
So I'm on the hunt for an LT1 or LS1 f-body. The dealer lists this incorrectly as a Formula, it's a Trans am. Seems to be a rare one too. Hard top, cloth seats, manual seats.

Opinions? What color is that, Dark green metallic? Looks blu-ish green to me, almost teal. And notice they say "no known accidents" but then the auto check reports one rear end collision in 2000. Lol. Also watch the video, it's hilarious! Thanks guys!

Mention to them that it isn't a Formula. Formula's never came with ground effects or the high rise spoiler. So you could bring them down a bit. I'd say offer $4700. Automatic, non-leather, non-power seats, and cassette player bring it down some.

Auto, high miles, cloth, no t-tops, and expensive. The dash appears to be cracked on the right side. I've seen loaded M6s with less miles for less cash. I'd pass.
I bought my car for the same price at a small time dealership. M6, leather, loaded, chrome shooters, and 79k from one previous owner on the clock. $4,995 seems about $1,000 too high for the A4... However, you do pay a premium for Trans Ams... but I'd keep looking.

front clip needs repaint and clear
and speaking of paint
interesting that the color has been changed and they left the inside of the door jamb in blue
makes it look like crap
take it for a spin
slide underneath and come back with oil on your finger from the front seal leaking
put it on a curb, come back from underneath with oil from the leaky rear seal and also tranny fluid from a leaky tranny seal
don't worry, you'll find leaks in all 3
offer $3500 and that includes their silly dealer fee total

I think the door jambs looking blue may be the way the light is hitting it. In the one picture of the wheel close-up, the surrounding fender looks like the same blue as the jambs, but it is actually teal. Also, under the hood is teal, not blue. Still, it's high priced imo.

Thanks guys, your awesome and really helpul. I wish this forum had some kind of rep system so I could +1 you.
Yes their photos really do suck. I'm gonna pass on this one. Overpriced, high-ish mileage, bare bones interior, etc.
