Default Need help with leak

Oil is leaking out my opti seal. I've replaced the seal 3 times in the past 3 weeks. Any ideas? He motor had been rebuilt from top to bottom with a hotcam installed. Been leaking oil out of this seal since the first fire up on the rebuilt motor 3 weeks ago. I also put in a reman delco opti on the last seal install and it's still leaking. I put dye in the oil so what you see is under uv light. And the water pump seal isn't leaking. I have attached a pic of that seal too.

I am out of options. I've searched several forums and the net for the past 3 weeks and tried different options and I'm still having the issue

You would think that the machine shop would have caught that with excessive amount of camshaft play correct? Well I would hope anyways
