Default Engine harness removal at the firewall

I looked at several threads for this but didn't see anything. I am going to do an engine swap on my 2000 camaro and I am have removed everything from the engine compartment but the harness. I can get the connector out of the firewall but how does it come apart. I can't see trying to run all of the wire connected thru that hole.

go here and download your year manual. https://www.mediafire.com/?40mfgeoe4ctti click your year, 2000 pretty much covers 00-02.

the harness plug is on the passenger side, under dash, have to take kick panel and under dash cover off to get to it.
