It just is SO obnoxious, it drives me insane haha Im gonna get under the car and figure it out once these frigid wisconsin temperatures heat up a bit

So is yours cracked then? It looks okay in that picture. The one I have might still be a little darker, but won't be too noticeably different.

This piece of crap should a company make of it modern look based on led look to imitate the 5th gen cus the bulb inside it dosen't gives light at all.

UPDATE: I kid you not, the day after new years, I'm driving and my fuel pump goes out...leaving me stranded and requiring a tow and a $1300+ repair job :/

BUT i now have a working gas gauge and fuel sending unit and fuel pump!
plus my mechanic also fixed that stupid poor GM quality gas cap that kept fell off its holder

the same issue here , 3 years ago the fuel pump fall and while i was showing off my car and it was so crowded. and the stupid mechanic make the sending fuel unit goes wrong.
any way it was sad and also hard to get the car towed cause my car is lowered.
if the car had a direct access to the full pump from back that would be much easier.
