Springs are cheap, A spring compressor will make the job a lot easier. I think the last time I did this repair it cost me $12 dollars in part. I dropped one of the keepers so I bought the spring keepers and seal.

no but i need to get one. my dad is afraid that the piston came up and hit the valve stem cause its ceased up in the head. im going to take the head off to make sure it didnt damage the piston. i think everything is okay on the bottom end becasue i drove it a hour and 40 min home like this. but driving it like that didnt help either. not sure what i could have damaged. push rod is also bent. here are some pics.

If you have a you pull it lot around just go pull a head. Pounding out the stuck valve is not going to leave you anything useable. You are going to want to check that lifter. The roller type lifter do not like impacts that bend push rods.
This will be the 4th broken exhaust valve spring I know about and the first one that let the valve fall far enough to hit the piston. I don't think anyone else drove the an hour and 40 minutes after the failure.

well i worked on my car all day. got the upper and lower intake off. and almost got the exhaust manifold off. just one bolt left the oxygen sensor on the driver side right below the manifold is in my way. whats the easiest way to get that off? its a pain in my ***.

Also, I've long tubes on the Z so the O2's are easy to reach
Anyway, generic suggestions.
I've had access to service lifts at times but most of my work is done on jack stands/ramps
Many times, be it the Z or any other vehicle, I need to raise the engine a bit or lower it (fwd vehicles)
In your case, perhaps try removing the bolt from each engine mount and see if raising it a bit gives you the needed access space
