The car starts but sometimes it takes awhile. Might need a new starter. It won't rev or accelerate over 2000 rpms. Any ideas why? It also leaks gas somewhere by the intake on the drivers side. I have no idea what that could be. Maybe a fuel injector but I'm not sure. Can anyone help me please?!

 

Sound like a fuel pressure regulator, You need to track down the fuel leak first, No way a fuel injected car is not going to have a problem with a fuel leak. Also a minor fuel have a tendency to turn running cars in burnout shells.
